SRA is a community-led mental health organisation that empowers people to rebuild their lives through structured support, purposeful activity, and inclusive training. We specialise in trauma-informed recovery, an approach that recognises the impact of past adversity and creates safe, empowering environments where people can heal, grow, and thrive.

Our programme combines tailored support with real-world experience across four social enterprises—catering, cleaning, printing, and IT. Trainees gain practical skills, confidence, and connection, preparing for education, volunteering, or employment.
